The hotel's charming decor and accessible facilities made my stay enjoyable. The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting me with my luggage and offering great recommendations for local attractions, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout my visit.
More comfortable seating in common areas would help.

The building is charming and has been beautifully refurbished, creating a pleasant ambiance. The staff were particularly helpful, especially at the front desk, ensuring a smooth experience. the room layout was unfortunate, with the bathroom situation being cramped and the shower controls difficult to manage.

Great stay with friendly vibes!
Had a fab time. The staff were super chill and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was spacious and comfy, and there were nice touches like water and crisps. It was a bit cold in the dining area, but the food was delish and the menu had loads of options. Definitely worth a visit!

Friendly staff and a great breakfast. Rooms need updating and were quite old-fashioned.

Good pick for an overnight stay in Fort William with excellent value for money. The shower had good pressure and worked well. Be prepared for firm beds if you like softer mattresses.

The Superior Double Room was decent but definitely felt a bit dated. The beds were super firm, which might not be everyone's cup of tea. Nice and clean, though, with basic necessities. We got a room move after a hiccup, and the new one had a great view. Housekeeping was solid, but the shower pressure was a letdown. it did the job for the one night we were there.

I booked a Deluxe Double Room with Loch View for a night. The view from the window was fantastic. Waking up to the sight of the loch was breathtaking. The room had comfortable amenities, and the bed was cozy. Breakfast choices looked promising, but I opted for the Wetherspoon pub nearby, as it offered a better value. A major downside was the shower. it leaked all over the bathroom floor, making it messy. The room felt small for a supposed superior option, and some decor clashed a bit. The cleanliness could use improvement, especially on the windows. Staff were friendly and helpful, but the overall state of some facilities felt neglected. Parking was easy, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Despite the issues, the beautiful view and decent service made my stay enjoyable.
